Moving is awful for the waistline! Then again, so is moving to a state with custard stands. I never had frozen custard until moving to the midwest. And don't get me started on the the pumpkin concrete in the fall! However, since moving to the midwest I've lost lost five pounds and kept it off. I can only think of one thing that made this possible. I call it "The Leoney Factor." I worked at YS and was a big fan of Leoney's cookies (the woman can bake, yo). Ask Toben if he's experienced

You had me cracking up with the rawhide!!! There are days my healthy snacks sure look and smell like rawhide...great for a dog, but nothing to get excited about! :)
I've broken down and fallen into another infomercial. Dog gone nights up late with the baby! I can't help myself! But I do have to say, my TurboJam is getting me moving and leaves me whipped! The music is pumping and it is really fun!
Hang in there! Think...swimsuit on the cruise, swimsuit on the cruise!!!!
