Hi Joanne - I have followed your blog here and there and love your ideas. We did the letter for my girls' room and followed your bun instructions for my daughter's First Communion. I've had a busy life here but with my grandparents' returning to CA after a few month stay, I feel I have time to do some fun things - not too complicated -- and I'm pulling out my sewing machine to start trying my hand to join seamstresses out there. I first heard you on WMBI in Chicago and wanted to say "thanks" for sharing! God Bless!

Hi Joanne - very cute skirt. Funny that this is your post today seeing as I was attempting to emblish a t-shirt for one of the girls this afternoon. Mine did not turn out so cute!

P.S. Thanks for the tips on shirring. I'm still shell-shocked and not ready to try and make friends with the technique just yet!!

At first, I was looking for a Christmas tree skirt....but I like yours better! Very cute! You have the gift of inspiring others...just thought you should know.

Have a wonderful and blessed Thursday with your family!
Love ya!
