Daisy is my dog. She's a miniature beagle and the sweetest, most loyal dog. Toben gave her to me for Valentine's Day one year--she was so tiny she could fit almost in the palm of my hand.
Daisy follows me everywhere throughout my day. There are days where I'm up and down and sitting for only a few minutes at a time, and she looks at me as if to say, "Would you just sit still for more than half a second?!" She lays at my feet while I wash dishes, sits under the dining room table during dinner, and stretches out at my feet while I write.
(Daisy is a good sport--and wears sweaters I knit for her!)
She does NOT like to ride in the car--so she never really goes anywhere beyond our morning walk, which is too bad, because she loves people and is very mellow. She also snores very loudly--even when she's awake at times. Goofy dog.
Most beagles tend to howl and dig--two things Daisy does not do. She prefers to follow me around and sleep for however long I sit still.
Precious! A friend indeed!
I want to learn to knit someday :)
Love and prayers,
holly

Hi Joanne,
I know it's been a long time since I've been in contact, but you've been posting again and I felt like I should say, Hi! You inspired me with the charm bracelet post, I've always felt a connection with you and the charm bracelet. My parents gave me one when I was ten.
Anyway, I'm sorry I haven't been in contact sooner. Everything is fine, I decided to close the shop because my lease was up and I didn't want to commit for another three years. It was fun, but time for me to move on.
I'm back to graphic design and enjoying it. I've started a blog (http://blog.heatherink.com) and am trying to figure out how to work from home!
I'm glad you're enjoying Colorado, it looks lovely!

She is a doll baby! :) My Daisy DOES dig. A lot. But she's a backyard dog. I wish she were calm enough to let inside but she's a wild woman!
