Oh Joanne I can relate to the tiny apartment too. We lived in an apartment similar to the one in the picture. The kitchen was exceptionally small. But I have many fond memories of that wee little place.

I agree a house is just a house but it's being with the people you love that makes it a home!

How exciting that you have lived in so many different places.

I, too, love a day spent entirely at home. Days like that are rare for me during the school year, and that's probably why I LIVE for snow days! And probably why summer is my favorite season.

Hey, I read your comment about NavPress. My husband never actually worked there, he just did tons of freelance work for them, and he knows so many great people there too. Actually, two of his current bosses are former NavPress folks. So yeah, we should talk sometime. We probably have some common friends in the publishing world.

I am a HOME person, too! There's no place I'd rather be especially when my Sweetheart is at home.
What I like more than the miniature kitchen, is that you have the table set with such beautiful china. I'm sure that was standard in each dorm room, right? :)
Actually, I did take an entire tea set to college with me, so....

Toben sure looked a lot different before you learned how to cook! Gabe too!

Look at you guys! I'd love to see a picture of "doll-sized pots." Just kidding! I bet those were some wonderful years with great meal memories.

Praying for your day!
