Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Joanne and I’ve been blogging for many years under the name The Simple Wife (you can see all of my old posts under the archives or by clicking on any of the categories that interest you). I love receiving comments from you and try to respond to each one personally. I hope you’ll visit often!
Thank you for your prayers...it was a great writing day. The chapter totally took off in its own direction and turned out to be something other than what I'd planned--something much better, I hope.

Ah, I hadn't read this....glad the day went well. I know it will be so good!
I am so glad for you! I can't wait to read it. I've never written, but isn't it so much fun to get on a roll and the stuff just start spilling out? That is when you know it's a God thing. (Thanks for your sweet comments yesterday, by the way.)
How's the writing going? Are you drinking coffee or tea? Do you only write when the girls are at school? Are my questions getting annoying? How about now?
Just checking in on you!
Hugs...Susan

Love that pic! My writing area looks nothing like that. But when it's clean, I love it.

Wow. I missed this picture first time around. What a fabulous writing set up, complete with pretty tea setting. I would be inspired!
