Yesterday we drove down from Fairbanks to Anchorage past Denali. And saw a bald eagle and a Dall sheep. We're at Mount Alyeska outside of Girdwood on the Turnagain Arm. Wow! Is it beautiful!
The kids at Denali Visitor Center where we stopped for a runaround and lunch break (see Tyson run?!).
Audrey and Emma at Beluga Point--we didn't see any beluga whales--yet!
Along the Turnagain Arm...there are no navigational charts for these waters. The tides change 41 feet and there's quicksand. So when the tide is out, the guide books say DON'T walk out there!
More later...
I just came across your blog and wanted to tell you how much I have enjoyed looking around. Your pictures are beautiful!

The kids are so adorable and beautiful! The wind must've been strong at Beluga Point. The kids' hairs are flying!

I'm just dying to know what the temperature was like there?

Ya gotta hate those wildlife harassers. What a funny sign.
