Crisp, clean index cards--
Lined, unlined, three by five or
Four by six? Both, please.
Yes, I am a nerd. A geek. I love index cards. And don't even get me started on paper clips or the smell of sharpened pencils or Bic crystal pens. (Black only, please. Medium point. They write like a dream.)
Did you know you can set a Word document to print on an index card? You can! And then you feed them through your printer to have lovely, printed index cards. (Thanks, Heidi, for introducing me to the wonder a while back!)
That's how the girls and I make our verse cards each week, how I make all my Memory Monday cards, and how I made my turn-around cards for the Esther study.
Esther gals, did you make yours? If not, you can share mine!
Here's what they look like--nothing fancy, but better than if I'd tried to write them all out by hand.
(Front)
(Back)
These are set up for 3 x 5 blank index cards. Print the first file first. Then print the file of the card backs on the backs of your cards. Pretty simple, huh?

Off to go print mine!
I so love you. We are sisters, seperated at birth.

Oh, Joanne....
I have not been writing or reading blogs in weeks -- life happens, you know? And don't even ask about Twitter or Facebook because they had to go bye bye, too.
But nothing brings me out of hiding like OFFICE SUPPLIES, specifically INDEX CARDS!!! I've always said that my dream job would be either at Office Max or the Parent Teacher Store! :)
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you did the turn around cards. I'm printing mine RIGHT NOW!
Kindred souls...because I LOVE ME A 10 PACK OF BIC CRYSTAL PENS, BLACK, MEDIUM POINT. I have a desk drawer full of them. You are right...they write like a dream.
So glad I clicked on your blog today.
Blessings friend,
Dori

THANK YOU for sharing your turn it around cards...these are INCREDIBLE!! Just printed myself a copy, clipped em together and popped em in my purse for easy access! LOVED the Esther study and will use these cards to remind myself of His truths! :)

Hey Joanne,
What font did you use for the turn around statements (i.e., where beauty is a treatment). My printer changed it to a default font that doesn't look good at all.

I had the same problem as Dori, except my showed up as beautiful musical notes. Beautiful, but useless for the present purpose. Even though I can't use them, thanks for sharing them!

I know I shouldn't be surprised, but it never ceases to amaze me how we truly are 2 peas in a pod!!!!!!!!!! "Hi, I'm Heidi, and I'm addicted to office supplies...index cards and fountain pens namely. But cut me loose in Staples and I'm a wild child!!!!" There are times I quite possibly need an intervention. ;) I'm also doing Esther now...such good stuff. I've been battling cold bug #4 now and I'm sick of being sick and so today I used every bit of energy to get up and fully shower (shave), did the full hair job and makeup routine as well as an outfit and then sat down to the pc which was almost blowing up from email. At least I didn't LOOK sick anymore. It felt good to look in the mirror and not see the land of the living dead! Then I was utterly exhausted. Whew. I've missed reading all your fun posts! Glad to hear you are on the mend too! Have a great beach trip...and stay on the look out for any great Delorians! (hee hee!). Sorry for the random email...Nyquil is gleefully kicking in! Ahhhh......

I'm leading an Esther study group, and wanted to give all my group members some cards on our last day. These are beautiful printables. Thank you so much for sharing!
