Emma whipped up a batch of pudding pops this morning before school. Audrey assisted her in the kitchen as sous-chef. They even cleaned up the kitchen. Sort of. If clean means mostly cleaned up with smears of chocolate pudding on the counters and in the sink.
Emma's Pudding Pops
- Make instant chocolate pudding according to package directions.
- Fill plastic dixie cups with a layer of colorful sprinkles. This is very important.
- Pour in pudding.
- Cover with foil and stick a popsicle stick down through the foil.
- Freeze & enjoy!
OK. We need to make these. It's long been a topic of conversation in our house that they don't sell them at the store anymore (the kind that Bill Cosby used to advertise when we were kids). I don't know which tastes better, the treat or the sweet memories!

We always make these in the summer. I even bought the tupperware popsicle holders. I like pistachio pudding pops the best. We will have to add the sprinkles though.
