Just getting this in under the Monday wire!
This is the last week of Bible study. I turned in week 6 homework to be copied for all the gals at church just this morning, and am getting ready to work on my lesson for Wednesday night/Thursday morning.
So we'll be memorizing ALL of Psalm 23 this week. What are you memorizing?

I miss all of you. It's been strange to let the posts in my Google reader account pile up, strange not to be checking in with all of you and writing here as often as I usually do. This quiet is good and in it, God is speaking and moving and working.
The phrase around our house this past week or so has been "when Bible study is over." I have loved teaching and writing so intensely for these past six weeks, and I am tired. Exhausted, really.
Each lesson has been intensely personal for me. Each lesson has been one God has taught me; it seems in many ways that this study has been just for me. It's been a season of very intense growth, of "strict training" as Beth taught last year in Laramie.
It's definitely felt like doing exactly what God called me to do, and I'm longing for some green pastures and still waters in the weeks ahead.

Joanne, yes, quiet is good, too. I'm glad God has been moving as you finished up your study. Those green pastures and still waters ahead sound good to me!
My post on memorizing Eph 4:31,32 is here:

I didn't get to read your post until tonight, but I wanted to come link up. I'm working on 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 this week. Hard truth to receive for me. http://www.discoveringliz.com/2010/04/memory-monday-2-corinthians-417-18.html
I am preparing notes to speak at a ladies luncheon this week, and I'm nervous. It's my first venture into this realm. I have been under severe testing for months leading up to this, and the heat is very much on this week. I am really looking forward to those green pastures and still waters myself.
