Just popping in to share something I came across this morning. I'd seen it before but I just typed it up to print out on an index card. (I do love index cards. Blank, white, 3x5.)
Anyway, I find I need things in front of me during the day to keep my "mind set on things above" as the Apostle Paul writes about so much. Simply reading something in the morning doesn't always stick.
Well, there are days when something will really stick with me, but having a verse or a thought by the kitchen sink or taped to the bathroom mirror or set on the dashboard of the car works best for me.
Something about the abandon and vulnerability and honesty and desperation of this resonates with me. And I thought you might like it too.
(And just as an aside, I wish my handwriting looked like this!)
that's beautiful!!

Love that! How do you print on an index card anyway? Don't think I have ever tried, but sure I would mess it up!

I love Amy Carmichael! I've read so many of her books and have underlined almost every line. She just has such a lovely way with words.
