Biased response....Wordpress. :) User friendly, fully customizable. You can do anything on it! Except maybe use it to walk across a tightrope over Niagara Falls.
For your earlier post, we are praying! Parenting is just hard. And we need the Lord....oh we do! Praying for you brother and sister!!
I've used Wordpress before (both the .org and .com variety) but I find I like Joomla quite a lot. I use it for my personal site and our church site (because it's easy for the pastor to add content... though he doesn't really use it). If you'd like to see what it looks like, check out http://www.northofprospect.com or http://cornerstonefortcollins.org
Like Wordpress, it's pretty user friendly and fully customizable. But one thing I like about it is that it works well when you want a mix of static and dynamic (bloggish) pages.
I use blogger using my own url name... http://www.sharono-somethingtothinkabout.com/
You can check it out if you want, I am a Christian grandma of six, from Oregon married 38 years, too.
As a reader , I feel very honored to be able to reach out to your blog , the reason for this , because in your blog , I can come into contact with a lot of meaningful knowledge and information , knowledge and information is very value, helpful people . Thank you for your wonderful sharing .
